My retainer packages are designed for clients who need ongoing support. You purchase a set number of hours each month (5, 10, or 20 hours), and I reserve that time specifically for you. These packages come with a slight discount off my hourly rate, offering both flexibility and cost savings.
4. How will we communicate and work together?
I’m flexible with communication methods to suit your preferences. Most clients prefer email, phone, or video calls (Google hangout, Zoom, Teams, etc.). I also use project management tools like Asana or Monday.com if needed to keep everything organised. We can decide on the best way to stay in touch based on your workflow.

8. How do you bill for your services?
For hourly work, I bill in 30-minute increments. Retainer packages are prepaid at the beginning of each month. I accept payments via direct bank transfer or other secure online payment methods.
9. What if I don’t use all my retainer hours?
Unused hours in a retainer package do not roll over to the next month. The benefit of a retainer is securing dedicated time for your business needs each month. If your workload varies, we can adjust the package or discuss additional ad-hoc support as needed.
10. How do I get started?
The first step is to schedule a Discovery call. We’ll discuss your business needs, how I can assist, and determine the best package or services for you. Once we’re aligned, we’ll finalise a simple agreement, and I’ll get to work helping you free up your time!
11. Are you based in Australia? Do you outsource any of your work?
Yes, I’m proudly based in Australia, specifically in Brisbane. All the work I do is handled personally by me. I do not outsource tasks to third parties, so you can be confident that your business is always receiving personalised, high-quality support from someone who understands your specific needs and operates within your time zone.
12. Are you insured?
Yes, I am fully insured. I carry professional indemnity, cyber and public liability insurance to protect both my business and yours. This ensures that you can have peace of mind knowing that your business is safeguarded while I provide my services.
13. What if I need to cancel our services or a scheduled task?
I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel a scheduled task or project, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. For retainer clients who wish to cancel ongoing services, I require 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle to ensure a smooth transition. Please note that prepaid retainer hours are non-refundable but can be used until the end of the current month.
